Good to Know

Before your first visit.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your current insurance card(s), photo ID, a list of your medications, and any recent imaging or specialist consultations. Be ready to describe your pain clearly and in as much detail as possible.
Do you take my insurance?
In most cases, MYPAINDOC is an in-network provider with most insurances. Our staff verifies coverage before scheduling.
How long does authorization take?
It varies by insurer — some only take a few days, while others can take weeks. We handle the process for you.
Do you treat workers' compensation cases?
Yes. Treatment for workers' compensation needs authorization before scheduling — our staff coordinates it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your journey to a pain-free life starts here.
