Chiropractic care, through the right hands.

Dr. Wik practiced ten years as a chiropractor before medical school — so he deeply respects what chiropractic does well. That's exactly why he doesn't perform adjustments himself: he refers all chiropractic care to the trusted local chiropractors who refer to him.

A partner to chiropractors — never a competitor

Many of Dr. Wik's patients are referred by area chiropractors, and that trust goes both ways. When a patient needs hands-on chiropractic care, Dr. Wik refers out to his network of referring chiropractors — your care stays coordinated, and your chiropractor stays your chiropractor.

How the collaboration works

For Patients

The Right Care, Not Every Care

If your condition calls for adjustment and manual care, you'll be referred to a trusted chiropractic partner. If it calls for interventional treatment, that happens here. You get an honest read from a doctor trained on both sides.

For Chiropractors

Refer With Confidence

Your patients come back to you. Dr. Wik provides the medical piece — imaging, diagnostics, interventional pain care — and returns patients to your care for ongoing chiropractic treatment.

Integrated

Coordinated Both Ways

Clear communication, shared findings, and a treatment plan both providers understand — so nothing falls through the cracks between offices.

Whole-Person

Both Sides of Spine Medicine

A decade of chiropractic practice plus two decades of interventional pain medicine means recommendations based on what works — not on philosophy or turf.

What to expect

Evaluation

History, examination, and — when appropriate — imaging, so recommendations start from a real diagnosis.

Honest recommendation

Interventional care here, chiropractic care with a trusted partner, or both in coordination — whatever your condition actually calls for.

Coordinated care

Referrals go out with full findings, and progress is tracked across both practices until you're back to living.

Frequently asked questions

Does Dr. Wik perform chiropractic adjustments?
No. Although Dr. Wik is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with ten years of practice experience, he refers all chiropractic care to his referring chiropractic partners rather than competing with them.
I already have a chiropractor. Will I be sent elsewhere?
No — the opposite. If your chiropractor referred you here, you'll return to them for chiropractic care. Dr. Wik handles the medical side and keeps your chiropractor fully informed.
I'm a chiropractor. How do I refer a patient?
Call either office — Columbus (402) 563-2978 or Grand Island (308) 675-1835. You'll get findings back promptly, and your patient returns to your care for ongoing treatment.
